Goku
Goku cmes from the plane vegeta. he was sent to earth on a mission to destroy earth. He falls off a cliff and bumps his head and can't remember a thing. He is adopted by a man named Gohan. Gohan takes care of Goku until Goku turns into a ooarazu(big ape) and steps on Gohan. Later on Goku trains with Master Roshi and becomes very powerful. He enters many tournaments and doesn't lose a single one. Later in DBZ Raditz(Goku's brother) comes to Earth to see if Goku has been doing hs job. When Raditz sees that Goku has not done his job he takes Goku's only son(at this point in DBZ Gohan is his only son but later on he has a son named Goten) Gohan. Goku teams up with an old enemy, Piccolo, in order to defeat Raitz. Unfortunately Goku is killed in the battle and travels down snake way and trains with King Kai. He gets wished back and defeats Vegeta. He turns a super-sayian when his best friend Krillin is killed on Planet Namek. His father is Bardock, his wife is Chi-Chi, and his two sons are Gohan and Goku. |

Gohan
Gohan is from planet earth. He has hidden powers and the z warriors find that out when Raditz comes. Piccolo trains him after that because he beleives that Gohan has the power to be the strongest z warrior there is. He bcomes a super-sayian in the Cell saga. He destroys Cell in a tournament. He grows up to marry an old high-school friend named Videl. They have a kid named Pan. Gohan is the son of Goku and Chi-Chi and is the brother of Goten. |

Vegeta
Vegeta comes from a long bloodline o sayians. He comes from Planet Vegeta and goes to Earth to get the dragonballs. He is defeated by Goku and leaves Earth to heal. He goes to Namek because he knws there is another set of dragonballs there. He gets killed by Freiza and gets wished back on Earth. He knows that Goku is a super sayian so he travels to msny planets to become stronger than Goku. He bcomes a super-sayian and tries to kill the androids by himself and does nt succeed. he is the son of King Vegeta(hence the planet name Vegeta), his wife is Bulma, his son is Trunks and his daughter is Bra. He is always trying to keep up with Goku. |

Krillin
Krillin is a very short, bald earthling with six dots on his head. He looks kinda weird because he doesnt have a nose. Krillin is the strongest human in existence. He has become Goku's best friend in the series. Krillin first appears as a young monk who comes to Kamesennin's (Roshi) island to seek training from the smooth one. At first, Roshi was reluctant to take another pupil, but being as he is Krillin presented him with a dirty magazine. Now Roshi was more than willing to train him. From then on Krillin and Goku were best friends. Krillin was strong in the begining but as the series went on, the saiyajins were much to strong for Krillin to compete. Although weak he always found a way to help in any way he could. After the Cell saga, Krillin got a full head of black hair. He ends up marrying #18 and they have a child they name Maron. |

Trunks
Trunks comes from the future. He comes back and kills King Cold and Freiza. After that he explais to the z warriors about y he is there and saves the z warriors from the androids because in his time the androids kill all the z warriors and Goku dies of a heart disease. He gives Goku the pills for the disease. He is a half-sayian and when he comes to the past he is a super-sayian. He is the son of Bulma and Vegeta. Gohan is his trainer(kind of like Piccolo is with Gohan) and his best friend is Goten. He fuses with Goten to make Goteinks.

Piccolo
Piccolo is namek. He is part of Kame. His father is Piccolo-Daimeau. Before Piccolo-Daimeau was killed(by Goku in Dragonball) he spat out an egg of Piccolo. He is born on a mission to kill Goku. Unfortunately for him he does not succed. In fact, he teams up with Goku in order to kill Raditz. After that he trains Gohan. He gets killed fighting Nappa. He trains with King Kai and gets wished back to Namek and then Earth. He turns into a super namek when he and Kame fuse. He was then known as "The Namek". |

Other characters
((Tien))
Tien's race is unknown. Most think he is an alien of some sort because of his third eye. He hangs around with Chaoutzu a lot. he is not vey powerful and I'm sorry to say to all the Tien fans but eventually he and Chaoutzu drift off and aren't seen much in DBZ.
((Yamcha))
Yamcha is a regular human. He plays baseball but when he hears about the sayians coming to eart he decides to train. He was dating Bulma but she dumped him later on and married Vegeta. He isn't one ofthe stronger DBZ fighters and he isn't as popular as the rest of the z fighters. He gets killed by a saibamen and trains with King Kai. He gets wished back later on and then doesn't do much else except get eaten by Majin Buu.
((Goten))
Goten is Goku's second son. He is born a super-sayian and his best friend is Trunks. His dad is Goku, his mom is Chi-Chi and his brother is Gohan. There isn't a lot else to say about Goten.
((Bulma))
Bulma is the dragon ball-crazy, cute boy-chasing, blue-haired heiress of the Capsule Corporation. Her name is taken from the Japanese word "bloomers," as in girls' gym shorts
((Chi Chi))
Chi-Chi is the tomboy daughter of the fearsome Ox King, not to mention future wife and mother to Goku and Gohan. Her name is a Japanese slang word for "breasts," as in the milk cow variety |
